1. Product sold out. Will you replenish stock?
Although we are very sorry that you cannot buy, if it is exhausted it is that we are doing things right and you like our little things.

We usually make limited collections, but from time to time we do replenish certain products from our collections if we see that they have earned it. If you want us to let you know when we have sizes again, stay tuned through our Instagram account (stories/pubucations);  either you can fill out the form we have on the Need help page? or you can write us by clicking the Whatsapp bubble.


2. How long will it take to get to me?
All orders depart at 16:00. From this, the order should not take more than 24 hours. Although many times it even takes less than 24 hours to arrive! However, as you well know, there may be certain complications of an extraordinary nature (stormy days, some road accident, etc...) that is not up to us; and the estimated delivery time may vary. But don't hesitate to ask us if you see that it takes longer than expected.

3. Can I know where my order is going?
Yes, as soon as the order leaves we send you an email with a link in which you will receive the tracking number with which you can see in real time where your order goes. We operate with Tourline Express.

4. I want to change my product What do I do?
The first change will be free, run to our account. If you want to send it on your own no problem! When you contact us we will quickly explain how to process it :)

5. Do you accept returns?
yes, right! Without any problem, if you do not agree with the product (either why it has a factory defect or the size is not yours) that you have arrived or you simply want to return it, you have a period of 21 days to write us and thus process the return.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Without any problem. All you have to do is contact us through the contact page, writeto 620 577 617 or send us an email to hola@emebrand.com before the order leaves.

7. What means of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa), payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay.

In addition we also offer the Cash On Delivery payment, but this will have an additional cost of 5 euros.




8. Do you send to the Balearic Islands?
Yes, the cost of shipping would be 11 euros.

9. Do you send to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
Yes, but in this case you do have to pay shipping costs - 20 euros.

10. Do you send

Spain?

At this time we ship to Portugal for free. No shipping costs.

11. Do you have a physical store?

Currently we do not sell in physical stores as such (although we do pop ups and other events from time to time).

We are working to take you to every part of Spain and have physical stores in the most important cities. And someday, the whole world, hehe...

12. Why are you so fucking weeds?

The truth is, it's a question we ask ourselves very often.

We work hard every day to be the fucking backs.
